Wrestling time is here again. We went to Joseph's first tournament of the season. Here are pictures of the kid he pinned. He took third out of four. The kid who took first pinned everyone. The kid who took second was pretty evenly matched with Joseph and it was a close match which the other kid won by a hair. He did a great job and will be a great wrestler.

A fun basketball game

It was fun to see Joseph's first basketball game.

Of course, not all of us were watching it. :)

It was a close game. They lost 19-26.

Can't resist that face!

Everyone loves to take pictures of Isaac, especially after his first haircut. Look at that sweet face! He turned one on Sept. 9. His next big event (hopefully) will be walking.

Sophie Brown

This is Sophie, the $400 dog Joseph worked all summer for. She is quickly growing to be as big as he is. Brian is working with him to train her.

They better hurry! She is strong.

She is a sweetheart-- We love her!

Halloween

Halloween was fun this year. We like to dress up as real historical people on halloween and Joseph chose Abraham Lincoln and Olivia chose Laura Ingalls Wilder. Isaac is just some kind of little animal . . . bear. . . dog . . . monkey . . . take your pick. It was fun making the costumes and as always we got loaded up on candy. Our little part time school party was fun as well. Now we're ready for Thanksgiving!

Joseph's summer job

Joseph's working at a garden planting, weeding & picking vegetables. He gets $10 a row and does some farm work. He is also planning to start mowing lawns.

Nothing beats nature!

There are few things as peaceful and refreshing as our own Utah mountains. Here we are with our friends enjoying a beautiful waterfall that is close by.
